We value positive relationships with parents and carers to help develop better social and emotional skills in children. We know that when children are engaged with their learning, they attend school more regularly, leading to better long term outcomes.
For parenting and counselling services, visit the Family Support page, and for direction and clarity on regulations, processes and procedures at our school, read the Sydney Catholic School policies.
Working in partnership with parents and encouraging them to share in the learning process and pastoral care programs that boys experience at Patrician Brothers’ College Fairfield, parental support for the college is both expected and essential.
Communication
The college provides many platforms for parents to connect with the teachers and staff of the school, including information evenings, parent forums, educational seminars, parent/teacher evenings, Compass and assemblies. Parents are always welcome and encouraged to contact staff whenever there is a matter of concern.
Volunteer
Voluntary help has always been provided in many areas of college life, including:
- working bees
- volunteer assistants in the college canteen
Uniforms
All college uniforms can be purchased from Lowes Neeta City Fairfield and Lowes Stockland Wetherill Park.
